Identification help please

I wonder if anyone could help me identify this tool please?
I don't seem to be able to load a photo so will try to describe instead!

It basically looks like little a pen knife, with an ivory handle, but instead of two blades, two arms with a rhombus shaped piece 3/4 of the way along each arm.

This probably sounds like a terrible description but I someone may be kind enough to help. Will gladly post a photo of it is possible on here.
