Highlander Trooper 45 rucksack - feedback

Does anyone know the capacity of the main compartment and the side pouches? (yeah i know, "a total of 45L")

I've got a highlander military pack, mines a 44ltr, & I would say the side pockets are approx. 2.5ltrs each.
