I'm sorry mate I really am. Stuff like this really gets under your skin, have you asked the Police for a crime number and the installation company for a contract reference for your insurance. As you are going to make a claim and their team will be investigating as its a relatively rare antique? Might get them off their beamends a wee bit?

Thanks Colin, yeah got a crime no. and the coppers number, the insurance are saying it's mislaid? So say mum has no claim, i didn't speak to them she did, so they will get the Wilson wrath a bit later, they won't like it!!

It looks like a clear cut case of theft to me, but will the police actually do anything though.
