Help I.D. this Bird Of Prey.

This bird was sitting on the fence this morning. Just managed to get a quick pic. on my phone. I've not got a clue what species it is, but i would like to know. It is fairly small.

I'd say female Sparrowhawk. Edit, maybe male actually as Greg put, size wise.

Apparently there's an albino deer around my area at the moment. Hoping to get out and get some photo ops and find it soon.

I said male because I'm pretty sure the female has a brown back. But like I said I'm no expert!!

Rufous colouring occurs with both sexes, but with females it is quite rare. I'd go with male.
