I am an avid hunter, fisher, and general outdoorsmen getting more into bushcraft. I couldn't find a similar Canadian forum dedicated to bushcraft, so here I am. I hope to learn lots, contribute some, and get to know some of you.

Many years ago I also looked for a Canadian bushcraft forum, similar to BushcraftUK. I was surprised I couldn't fine one. I wonder why that is?

I think that BCUSA is so all-encompassing, there was no appetite to set up another, so close by.

BCUK is certainly global. I have trouble translating all the terminology borrowed from the continent.
At first I thought that lavvuu was some sort of an abbreviation of lavatory.

If you want some really old stuff, beadwork, bow-making and flint knapping, etc, "Paleo Planet Forums" is the best there is.
It's bushcraft but mud huts and spears.
