Just joined today. Probably like most of you, I've been introduced to bushcraft through the works of Ray Mears.

I've lurked through the forums frequently and decided to join up as membership has its privileges (especially when it comes to searching for specific subjects).

Don't know if I'll be able to contribute much but I'll try.

I was not far from Bario, I spend a short time in the jungle of the kelabit highlands living with the penan there.

I find it ironic that I haven't seen as much of my own land as those who've journeyed half a world away to it.
