Heads Up: Manchester Xmas Market.

Just a quick heads up for anyone that has ever seen the kuksa that I kolrosed a couple of years back.

The Scandinavian traders that Debs bought it from are back at the Xmas market in Manchester this year.


They’ve got a good range again including some larger ones.


Of course, they’ve just sold the best one, but you’ll have to wait till after Yule to see it...

Hi Wayland. I'm on the lookout for a Kuksa that will hold 300-350ml. If they have one that large could you get me it and I will square you up?

I'm probably not going into Manchester again while the market is still on.

Some of their biggest would probably do the job, they range from £20 to £40 depending on size and design.

If anyone else could help John out I'll certainly vouch for him.

If you can get one that would be great. the only ones I have seen that are big enough are on ebay and not exactly cheap

Yes that's the stall, on Sunday they were hanging on a post near the front.

my sis brought me a goodie bag type prezzie yesterday all bought from the x-mas market, wild boar salami, wasabi cheese, english chutney and italian chocolate infused with rum

Hi Pete

It needs to be the bigger size. I already have one that takes about 200ml. The reason the size is important is we have one of these fancy eco kettles that boils exactly 250ml each time and spits it out into your mug. It kind of defeats the purpose if I have to keep pouring half of it away as it does not fit in my current kuksa.
