I'm looking for something light-weight, strong (ripstop?), windproof, shower/dew proof and possibly breathable so I don't wake up to a puddle of sweat in the bottom of my hammock in the morning.
Any idea on what sort of weight (gm/sq m) material I should be using?

Thanks in advance

Ed

Look at the fabrics in the Pointnorth catalogue. Rip-stop Para-silk is good but can be a little fragile, so extra fabric is needed. Polycotton work-wear fabric is very good (same stuff the army lightweights are made from) and also poly-cotton lining fabrics.
