Hi everyone,

I enjoy hiking and camping, but I'd love to learn more about the more basic skills, bushcraft etc. I also really like cooking and crafting so I'll definitely be checking out those sections of the forum as well. I'm up in sunny Scotland now so have plenty of opportunity to practice just a quick train ride away!

Thanks everyone Dreadhead, I'll make sure to look out for the Scottish meet ups - I'm in the middle of Glasgow, so really do need to travel to get to do most outdoorsy things and it'd be nice to not have to go alone.
