Flat ended spoons are useful for stiring the bottom of stews to stop them sticking, especially on cast iron or steel pots.
That one would have lots of uses exept for eating with.

"Spoontuals" the all perpose bush cooking tool!
A cross between spoon and spatula - I have made several and use them all the time for cooking and seving food - and they are also useful for feeding your face!

A spoontula indeed!
Although may I stake claim to the name (if not the invention) of the forkula? It's a cross between a fork and spatula and has proved a marvel at flipping bacon. Unfortunately I don't have photographic evidence to prove my invention. The Mark 1 Forkula was taken off me and became a 'Bath Swisher', but the Mark 2 version is still in service, giving sterling performance, and forms part of my basic mess kit.
