Goretex repairs

Hi there.

I've ripped a nice neat tear in a goretex jacket and would like it repaired by someone who knows what they are doing to achieve the best possible result.

Can anyone recommend any good companies?

Any GTX repairs I didn't do inhouse in my old shop went to Tent Repair Service/Image Scotland in Musselburgh, Scotland. I don't have their details to hand but will look them out in the morning for you if you like. Approved GTX repairer, very good and a nice bunch of folk. They'll happily do stuff by post too. Hope you get sorted soon.

Haven't used them myself but heard nothing but praise - don't think they are expensive either

Aye they're repairs weren't dear and guaranteed too.

You can buy patches for Goretex repairs - I have used them and they seem to work fine. You can buy them in Tiso, Nevisport, Amazon etc for around £6/7.
