Thanks to a link that was provided by Xylaria on an earlier thread I was able to get in contact with a local Fungi group (Pembrokeshire Fungi Recording Network).
I was invited on a woodland walk with them today to find & record the local fungi species in the area of Minwear.
I took a few photos of a handful of the fungi we came across. These are the ones that I remember the names of after we completed the walk and did an ID session.
Amethyst Deciever
Common yellow russala
Deceiver
Sulphur Tuft
Charcaol Burner
Honey Fungus
True Chanterelle
Slimy Milk Cap
Meadow Waxcap
Mottled Boletus
These are the ones that we brought back for Identification.
I had a great couple of hours with a very nice group of people and I look forward to doing it again soon.
I think I also converted a couple of them to our side of the tracks aswell!
Thanks Xylaria!
