normally Chris Brasher walking boots, lowa Mountain boots, never the standard issue boot as they are rubbish, in really hot weather or stubble shooting issue lowa tan boots or mendal the same, every now and then when im doing a fast boot run magnums, but that's normally fast long distance races in unit as the support in almost nil.....

lowas are great though....
