You know those Surefire ads that say that the bright light from a Surefire scared away some aggressive animal? Well, it didn't work for me. A large pig came to within touching distance to me and the Surefire in its eyes didn't do anything. I am thankful my guardian angel chased it off for me.
Well you can only ignore public opinion for so long.
I've just purchased a Fenix from the bay of evil and, when i get it, i'll compare it to my trusty Surefire. It's not a comparable model, but i should still be able to do a comparison of sorts and i'm sure it will beat my Maglite solitaire if all your experiences and recomendations are anything to go by. I'll end up in the naughty corner if she find's out i've got a back-up for my back-up!
