Firesteel sized sharpening rod?

I'm looking for a sharpening rod that's the same diameter as a standard army firesteel rod, so that I can carry a sharpener in the loop on a knife sheath. Ideas anyone?

I've got those (but not in a sheath). They're 7.75mm in diameter, while my LMF ferro rod is 9.3mm. For sharpening, I much prefer the Spyderco Doublestuff (I don't use the criss-cross setup - just hand held, a bit like a steel).
