Feathered friend

Hi all,i've been playing with my xmas present,a new camera.I took this one this morning,i had to feel sorry for the poor thing as the temp dropped down to -13 last night.
Starling.

Luckily we have a hole under the guttering in our house which leads into a vent,there are about 5 or 6 birds roost in it for the night.The vent grill is in our living room wall,its quite amusing at night as the birds settle,chirping away to each other,i'm sure they are having a laugh as it drives our 2 cats nuts.

Anyway i thought i would share the pic.

The starlings warble away sitting on the eaves. Each sounds like it's own wee orchestra
