You say it fits a small Sak toothpick apature, aren't they standard ? If not, will it fit a reg size sak ?

No, several sizes of SAK as you are aware and due to the scale angles and lengths they are different sizes for toothpick and tweezer holes. This striker fits small Keychain SAKs or could be used as a small standalone fireateel. HTH.
