DSP large in Carbon Fiber

This is the latest DSP using Carbon Fiber which is really top quality ( I now have a little stash of various thicknesses and different weave sizes :ninja:)

on this version I have moved the thumb ramp fwds a little

Blade: O1 from 7.3mm stock thickest point is 6mm
Compound Taper tang from 6mm back to 1.5mm jsut above the Lanyard hole
Flandi grind to give a 2mm thickness at the secondary mini scandi which is 25 deg

Pins and tubes are Stainless

the compound taper means you also get the tang flaring from top to bottom when looked end on

this one I have also made the handle thicker than my normal ones

Just needs a Nice Kydex Sheath now

your house!
Lovely! I'm blown away with how slicey your dsp is( which will be winging its way back very shortly THANK YOU) your flandy grind is sublime, the way it cuts in but totally controllablegoodjob and the comfort of the 6mm spine at the thumb is brilliant:)

Looks good, but I'd add a high vis component to it (a lanyard maybe, or a tritium vial) as If you drop that in the gloom it'd be hard to locate.

Looks great Dunc,

I am working on the handle of my large Nessie at the minute, as it is the first handle I have done I am taking my time over it (that and work keeps busy at the minute).

really like the look of the fibre
