I looked at these - can get from EDC gear - Don't think they will be larger enough.

However. Someone on the forum does have a 3D printer service.

It appears I need something that fits these criteria:

1. Plastic and waterproof
2. Minimum internal depth of 100mm
3. Minimum internal diameter of 28mm

Unfortunately the NATO match safes are too small. I like the shape of the one in my first post as it looks like it'd be relatively simple to open with frozen hands.
