So my feet hurt after last time I went on one of my little expeditions with my friends. Well to be precise the arches of my feet are what are killing me at the moment as they just feel really tight and red raw which isnt good at all. I did some looking on the net and came to the conclusion if I keep up what I am doing I will most certainly end up with plantar fasciitis... I wonder if the underlining problems is that my feet are too flat and not supported enough when I walk in boots that are so not designed for me and cannot lever the weight properly? Does anyone know if insoels can fix the problem and help give me what I need? Been looking on a couple of sites and reviews for stuff and I think I know what to buy but need just further clarification from some people who actually walk in the same conditions and stuff as me.... rather than just runners and atheletes where the pressures and situation might be different. Anywya any clue to what I can do will be great! Thanks.
