Started this Blade on Friday from a billet twist of Damascus 36mm x 260mm x 4mm cut it down and ground as asked for scandi style HT and brought out the patton

stunning, if I wanted a knife it would look like that :)

does Damascus steel effect how the blade holds an edge ?

Just Finished the knife now Stabilised Wood I've had it that long I forgot what wood it is :undecided: loveless bolts,brass lanyard hole with red liners

I know the name of the wood i think, but i can't recall it... its on the tip of my tongue. I'll let ya know when i remember. :)
