I'm a great fan of waterstones and have a couple from Axminster for sharpening my knives. However, what should I get when it comes to sharpening my crook knife?
Edit. I should have added that advice on sharpening a spoon knife would also be appreciated.Sorry

All of my spoon carving hooks are sharpened using wet n dry. Wrap around a flat stick for the outside and then around a dowel to remove the burr on the inside ;)

If you decide to strop with your thumb (as I often do) PLEASE be careful not to skin yourself!
