It's a stump. No way is that a croc, you can even see the side branch. It moves like a stump with one end caught on the bottom and at the mercy of the flow and nothing like an animal in control of its movements.

That pic has been floating around the internet here for a few years. The pic itself is authentic, but the locations listed under it are usually not. IIRC it was actually taken in Georgia but every southern state has had residents trying to claim it. LOL
