I use an early model Thermarest chair kit.

Insert your full or 3/4 length thermerest mat and you're good to go.
It only weighs grams and packs down to nothing when disassembled.

I can't vouch for the new type of chair kit, there's still lots of cheap old model Cascade gear floating about over here from their plant in Middleton, Co. Cork.

I bought 2 helinox chairs. They are fantastic, compact and take my bulk with one of the kids sat on my knee............no problem. They flex abit, but are very well engineered. Would not hesitate to recommend. Shame they dont come in OG

That gives me a bit of leeway, but it's slowly reducing at the moment.

1/4 mile from Bramley End.
My friend has one of these H chairs and found it sinking in to the ground on our recent trip to Loch Hourn. ( soft ground and shingle beaches). He has four tennis balls cut to fit the feet and it stops the sag. I do the same with my Kermit chair.
