There are lots of companies online that take your money and promptly forget about customer service.
Classical Hand Tools seems to be an exception. They have had a lot of my pennies over the years but i'm not a super high value customer.
So when my Kirje Sanding Motor stopped working I was fed up. I had a couple of commissions to complete for Kuksas.
I called the chaps at Classic Hand Tools explained that the switch had most likely failed according to my multimeter.
No problem we will pop a new one in the post today. No Charge.
Bearing in mind that i have had the motor 5 years I was prepared to pay.
Its great when a company consistently exceeds your expectations.
I have no connection with the store beyond being a happy chappy covered in dust.
