I am pretty sure that is chicken of the woods,
BUT
everytime I have eaten it on fallen wood it has tasted terrible (bland with bitter over tones), and on one occasion has made me feel at bit queesy, after a few mouthfuls. I have eaten several times on live wood and tastes really very good indeed and has never made me feel in anyway ill, dispite eating very large quantities.
