Anyone try catching insects for food or bait at night using a light, perhaps with a sheet or some other way? I have been thinking of giving it a try just for the fun of it. I know primitive people often ate quite a few insects.

Lol.....Yes, moth traps will bring in all sorts of insects at night. May bugs have been the biggest insect in the trap, but some of the hawk moths are pretty big...
