i been thinking of doing same

If it were a Lodge or similar modern brand I'd say go for it. But as Wagner is fetching a good price on the collectables market I'd advise against any modifications. you can very likey flog it to a collector on e-bay for enough to buy two or three new CI frying pans if that's what you want.

Nor do I know what they go for there. But I reckon an antiques dealer could tell you.

No they will be cheap copies im sure but a bargain none the less...we looked at some today med size cast pan £80
