I quite fancy taking my mum on a seashore/ seafood foraging course ideally based in or around Dorset. - I think anything more than a 1.5hr drive might be pushing it...

The the only one I've found is fully booked :( so can anyone give me a few pointers?

Cheers
Andy

Another strong vote for Frazer, I went out in a group from the moot with my Youngling with him... he was informative, ubergood at teaching the safety aspects and from a cheffy background so passionate and informed on useage of the foraged foods too :)

Not only will he show you whats edible, you will learn to id, collect then have a slap up meal with your foraged food.
You will also fall in love with "Shush"', his cat. A real character.

Check out his books on Amazon too.
