I'm also in East Hampshire looking for somewhere to get to easily.

Recently acquired some gear, but looking for an idea! Is there a group which meet up regularly in Hampshire sharing skills and having a laugh?

The alton woods are pretty dry, its the roads getting there that are the problem. a few wind thrown trees will give a good stack of firewood soon too. ☺
