Hi guys. I was chatting with Tone over the weekend and the topic of the 2005 hammerin came up (read about it here), anyway if anyone wants to go you are more than welcom - but if you just want to go for the social side, you're welcome to do that too. Many of us are going to be camping (at this campsite) over the weekend and it should be darned good fun. OK, so this is car-camping in the old fashioned sense, very civilised and not at all bushcrafty, but the camping site is next to a river and a chunk of ancient woodland - so, in the day when the blademakers are hamming on anvils, bushcraft chappies could be off in the woods doing a bit of - erm, bushcraft. :super:
Anyway, hopefully there will be 40 people in attendance on the course, many of whom you guys already know and are established members here - so if you're in the vacinity of Hereford and want to come along for the social event, a meetup, a chat, a bit of a camp, a chance to play with some fancy sharp stuff then pop along. The hammerin is on easter weekend, Sat 26th to Mon 28th March.
