Bushcraft Woody Windshield any Ideas

I am looking to get some ideas on a make your own windshield, from anything in the ootdoors, but not including large live bark. Was thinking a woven one thats quick to make, so not out of 1/8" willow or fabricating one out of nettle cordage woven on a loom.

The size, both really maybe one for the stove and one for the tent.

The easiest to make is a simple lean-to out of pine boughs.

A wattle fence can be made rather quickly out of fresh-cut limbs that are thumb-thick or thicker. It's the spacing between the uprights that makes it easy or hard..... closer spacing being more difficult to bend around.

For the fire, I use semi-rotted logs held on top of each other by stakes pounded into the turf.
