:lmao: those legs of lamb were cooked for my 50th birthday bash at RC.

However I did do lamb shanks at Dingly Dell last year where the meat just melted in your mouth :)

That leg is looking sooooooo good!! :) how long did it take to cook this way?

It tasted even better than it looked :)

From what I remember it took about 4 hours to cook. The one in the DO was about 3 hours

That food looks great. I tried cooking a squirrel like that but it turned out tough as boots.:D I casseroled the next lot and it melted in your mouth. I tried to sneak the nuts onto my mates plate but he spotted them.:(

Here's our Sunday roast from a couple of weeks ago. It was a (relatively) utensil free cookup :
-Roast chicken with a lemongrass and chili marinade
-Onions cooked on coals,
-Capsicum cooked on coals
-Corn cooked on coals
-Potatoes cooked in foil
