Brockwell Meet 24th weekend

Hey up all its sad day today considering the news.

It only seems fitting we all meet

Here are the piccys from last weekend so you can see the state of the place. Lots of firewood and abit more room for those on the ground.

Aye mate like we said on the phone a sad day indeed, I'm deffo up for next weekend at Brockers, I'll bring a drop of my Slisky that he was fond of and we can raise a toast to him by the fire.

Not sure if Friday and Saturday yet but definitely on for the Saturday night, I'll hopefully be testing out my new quilt I've bought today

This Brockwell Woods sounds a decent place from site, Think I'll have to get up there at some point or maybe on a meet

A member called Andrew Dunn (drewdunnrespect) was killed yesterday in a car accident, He was a regular on the meets brockwell mostly.

Yes they have cleared quite abit from our regular pitch, You should pop along

Yeah, only found out about the place recently, I live in Hull but may travel up there at some point, will keep and eye our for future meets

Maybe a dumb question to ask lads but do I have to pay any funds if I'm just popping over for a few hours.

Just had a horrible thought guys! When I booked the pitch a few weeks ago I was a bit disheartened with the lack of interest in both weekends, I had informed steph regarding this and she asked me the back end of last week if she could cancel this weekends dates as she had more bookings to fit in! I agreed!
However ive just gotten off the phone with her and all is still ok! The dates were cancelled but pitch 11 is still available. Phew!
