book lost crafts

Right not sure if this is the right place for this post, in one of my bog fodder mags (possibly countryfile or bushcraft survival cant recall) there was a book review for a book called lost crafts i was wondering if anyone has it and is it as good as they say?

It is not a "how to" book. You will not learn crafts from it but it is well researched and there are lots of interesting bits of info, if you like reading about old crafts it is good.

I have it.Its a good read although the craft descriptions are brief..E.g, bowmaking, arrows and fletching are covered in 3 pages!
There are some good chapters on hunting & gathering and practical crafts.
