I recently titled my first thread as possibly my first mistake - in this field anyway - but on reflection it could have been several years ago at the very beginning of my extended mid-life crisis (I intend to make it last until I shuffle off my mortal
).
To the point - I purchased a Maxam knife on ebay (no, let me finish) with the sole task in mind of extracting arrows from target stands. Now either I didn't read it properly or the listing wasn't clear on the actual size of this thing and I ended up with a knife with a blade length of what I intended to be overall length! Consequently it has been pretty much hidden away ever since. Now as my interests broaden I can see a potential for it at last - but, big question and point of all this - is it worth bothering with or is it a piece of junk best used as a very large letter opener for very large letters?
Cheers
Terry
