Yesterday on the moor above Horton in Ribblesdale it was just a quick point and shoot I think the parent was so intent on the "feed me - feed me" performance it hadn't noticed me

it soon did and they were both off in a flash

I'm glad I pressed the shutter twice. Is it a Wheatear ?
I'm sure BCUK will answer so thanks in advance Danny

I must confess I'm not much of a Twitcher. I've a book of bird recognition (winged ones) and it amazes me how good you twitchers are at recognition etc.

I am, however, very proud of my ability to mimic the courtship dance of the "Ooyah Ooyah Bird".

Especially when I stub my toe on the bed leg.
