Made from silver birch and coated with walnut oil and the half has already swiped it for the kitchen.......... must be a good sign though hey???

That wood is amazing! Looks like a great kitchen design. No wonder it was snatched up by the missus. Nice work!
Nice. Does the hole in the handle go right through or only a depression as it looks if so how did you manage that, it looks great!
It goes straight through. I used a curved palm chisel to scoop the hole out bit by bit then tidied it up with a knife. I refuse to use any powered machinery so I can say all my work is made by hand.
