Ashdown Forest

Can anyone recomend a walk or route as Ive never been to Ashdown Forest Ive got transport and I want to let the dogs off as much as possible. A cirular walk from a parking area would be nice to save backtracking. It does not matter how far as Ive got all day and dont have to be back early.

It'd be hard to suggest a specific walk around Ashdown, but I can suggest some lovely areas to go for a meander if you like? can provide grid refs if necessary.

Assuming it is still open no trip to the Ashdown forest is complete without dropping into Duddleswell tea rooms at 466268 or thereabouts.
