Good point. One which I hadn't given any thought to until you asked. In going through them all I see several that don't ship internationally but it appears that the majority do.
One also has a quite large minimum order.
Having never purchased from any of them myself before, I unfortunately can't offer any recommendations.
Lots of interesting stuff though.

I have been after a US based company recommendation for a while now (collecting the USMC kit), how did you find the experience with them? Did you you have to pay any import duty on your purchases? How long did your order take? Would you use them again?

I have had a few things in the past no problem, the hi leg gortex lined boots turned out to be new (a mate posted them over to keep off paying duty at the time), one of these was also new http://wardenssupplyco.com/cart/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=7&products_id=14 very good indeed and I'll get one of these shortly http://wardenssupplyco.com/cart/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=7&products_id=76 I'll get this direct as its below the new import duty threshold, about £26 delivered and would expect that to take 7 to 10 days to reach me.

Keep the order to @ £100 or so including postage and you won't pay duty.

Your post was massively helpful! I was not aware of the £100 limit for import duties. I recently picked up a Molle Rifleman's Pack & Sleep System from French/UK based eBay sellers, however I was looking for a canteen & pouch that I can attach to my new pack.

I normally use The Bunker Warehouse in Cornwall when we visit. Otherwise we have a guy on the local market if i'm in a hurry for stuff. That US site looks very good.
