Army Surplus Gortex, which country?

Who is making ( ie. which country! ) decent Gortex jackets
for their troops that I can pick up surplus?
Any recomendations folks? I heard the Dutch ones are good!?

I've a German Flecktarn one that was only 15 quid and is excellent.

Dutch are superb if you are tall and skinny. DPM parka has a heavy poly-cotton-like outer. Trousers also superb

The us army ecwcs jacket is also a good one, can be a bit pricey though..

Flectkarn is about the cheapest, a decent wash in nikwax and mine was ok. Not the most generous in size though.

I have a Flecktarn one and have worn it whilst working on site for quite some time now. It does the job nicely but if its soaked it doesn't breath properly, pretty much the same as any breathable stuff then.

It doesn't cure cancer and cancel third world debt like Ventile does but its cheap and works.
