Another Week In Town...

Well another week in Town aarrgh ! house sitting for a mate who is in hospital , noise pollution , light pollution and people everywhere ! Still managed a wander in his local woods Bradley Woods , once you have negotiated the dog mess,litter and hypodermic needles ! Its actually very pretty a carpet of wild garlic some nice specimen trees and also some lovely little spots for camping . I think i did read somewhere that the National Trust were positively encouraging camping on their land ,this year ?

Anyway less than a week to go , and i am off for 4 days wild camping with a few pals ,right by the river at a secret site on Dartmoor ,can't wait , i know i am very lucky because how you town and city dwellers cope with the hubbub and busyness of it all is beyond me , i suppose it's what you are used to .

Well off to pack and repack for our trip , roll on Sunday , sorry to post nonsense , i think it's a boredom thing , without this site this week i think i would go mad ! thanks for putting up with me .

It's depressing how little care many woodlands get if sited near conurbations.
Such a shame; those beautiful wee places ought to be nurtured and cared for so that they're a pleasure for everyone. A real green lung, breath of fresh reality, in the midst of so called civilisation.
Because they are trashed, parents aren't even happy for children to wander there

I keep the stretch alongside my back fence cleared, but honestly, elsewhere along the 'nature walk' is a disgrace and a shameful mess. It's pitiful, it really is.

Wish you'd told I before. I could've come down an 'elped to keep ee enter-tayned. I can do my job anywhere that haves Internet, after 5PM it time to play-out. I got wheels too.

Bleddy ell ! Thought you was all worked out buy , well i'll be blowed and jiggered . Didn't know myself until yesterday , i have been bored out of my skull, one of the reasons i have made such a nuisance of myself on here !

And coz you were busy for the meet , thought it was all week as well, never mind got off me bum and got a little job to do tomorrow , and a blast from the past contacted me today out of the blue !

Rest assured my friend i won't make the same mistake again !

We had better get out soon , give me a shout when you are free, i don't need much persuading .
