Hi all, just a short note to say hello, and introduce myself..
I'm 32, with an interest in the outdoors - I enjoy walking (just getting over a long-running back problem so waaaaay out of shape), photography (though very amateur-level compared to some) and camping (though only campsites so far - my first wild camp will be next year sometime!).
My experience of bushcraft extends to a weekend course with Woodsmoke last year (had an excellent time - planning on doing something next year, finances allowing), a Ray Mears DVD addiction and the butter knife I'm trying to whittle at the moment..
Planning to go for a hammock set-up next year, since they seem to be pretty handy for wild/woodland camping..
Based in York, so hoping to see a lot more of the Moors and Dales next year...
