Funnily enough, this is something I've been thinking about recently.
I used to have an air rifle, but seldom used it so I got away with.
But nowadays I have my own land, so somewhere to use it.
I've been looking at something slightly different to what TeeDee is looking at.
I was thinking of one of these:
Fitted with one of these:

Is it your intension to use it for 'plinking' or for pest control?

Sold all my airguns back during the house move to generate some funds.

The only one i Kept was my Umarex SA10.
My favourite CO2 .177 Pellet pistol. For all round fun: fast practical style shooting; gallery targets; paper targets etc
the most accurate of the Blowback pistols I have owned as it’s one of the few that has a rifled barrel.
And there’s no barrel drift.
(The sig p226 was the worst for that)

Based on some of ‘Salient Arms’ very sexy custom firearms work.

Hence the SA moniker

A decent handful with a good blowback.
I also bought a second clip and more pellet rotary mags.

…….Always fancied a Tanfoglio, they have a good rep.
Had one of those too.
I have to say it was the most accurate BB format pistol I have ever owned.
Super solid lump of a thing. Great fun to shoot.
Needed a bit of tweaking and additional mags are/were really hard to get hold of.

Only con was no open sights. Had to be used with a red dot optic.

Great fun, I’m fairly sure you sold that on here, and I very nearly caved.

Tall&HairyDave brought his to one of Bardsters do’s, quality pistol.

I think you maybe right.
I couldn’t remember if it was here or not.

Both great fun pistols.
I can also second the walther CP88 although not a blowback.
The metal slide CP99 is also quite accurate.
