A woodspirit carving

Hi, Carved this today from Oak wood. Thought i'd show it. All together it took about 4 to 5 hours to carve and finish. I put linseed on it at the end which really brought the colour out.

Our local park has a couple of sculptures, one of them being an old fella like that on an old stump.

Bet they paid plenty for it to be done.........

No unless it is growing out of the bench/table/what ever you can see it is sitting on
