I got from my mother-in-law last week!!
She brought it with her from one of her Scandinaviatrips and i have been on the look for one ever since.
It is a container for coffee and sugar, handmade from birchbark, with wooden caps and leather straps. The drawing is made from a charcoalmixture and represents an elghund stopping a moose in its tracks, during the hunt.
That is where this container has its origin; hunting.
Needless to say i am very pleased and at least equally proud of it.
It fits in with my traditional/natural gear perfectly!!
