DUTIES

1. Developing and delivering courses, lectures, demonstrations and field trips in Canadian Firearm Safety Course, Wildland Fire Investigation, Ethics in Law Enforcement, Forestry Law, Field Investigative Techniques, Environmental Legislation, Evidence Gathering, Courtroom Procedures, Small Craft Boating, Water Safety , and other courses as assigned.
2. Supervising students in classroom, laboratory and field settings
3. Evaluating students using examination, assignments, observations of field skills and recording progress
4. Selecting, designing, updating and constructing training aids
5. Counseling students with respect to educational and employment opportunities
6. Attend meetings seminars, workshops, etc. to keep current with industry and educational requirements
7. Assist in/arrange for equipment maintenance and repair
