I just wanted to say a big thanks to British red who is a hero on this great forum! :)
I just followed his tutorial to make my first jerky!

I dehydrated 350g of beef already cut into strips- marinaded in a bit of wostershire sauce, pepper, salt and white wine

I then weighed it with my new scales- it weighed 148g- Not bad

It tasted really good! :)

I also love all your write ups about the cool self sufficient stuff you do! :D
