I just followed his tutorial to make my first jerky!

I dehydrated 350g of beef already cut into strips- marinaded in a bit of wostershire sauce, pepper, salt and white wine
I then weighed it with my new scales- it weighed 148g- Not bad
It tasted really good!
I also love all your write ups about the cool self sufficient stuff you do!
