Thought I'd have a go at making a tree out of copper wire. The tree is about 12" tall epoxied to a base of fossilized wood. Made by twisting strands together and fanning out the ends to simulate wind.

I was asked to make a copper vase and 6 copper roses to be given as a retirement gift. This is the vase so far, still needs a bit of tidying up but more or less complete. I will be starting the roses today.
Made with a 12" length of recycled 3" copper drain pipe and some recycled copper wire...
Made myself a hot cut hardy tool and a spring clamp today. Hot cut made from a truck leaf spring and the clamp from a truck coil spring. Two very handy tools for the anvil!

I was asked to make a wall mounted trophy for a bicycle race called the "Jack &Jill Race" so we decided on a hammered copper bucket. Started with 1 1/4" copper pipe and some steel rod for rivets.....here's what I came up with so far.

Materials:
About 10" of 1/2" copper water pipe
6" of 1/8" steel wire or rod (can be copper but the steel is what I had on hand)
Tools:
Tin snips
Propane torch
Bucket of water
1/8" drill bit...
